It’s that time of year, Fred Lam’s cash flow has dried up and it’s time to put out another huge launch with one of his close friends Michael. Well before you drop $1000+ into the course, I’ll give you the low down on whether it’s worth the money and what print profits alternatives are out there that teach the same things!
If you’ve tried to find an honest review of print profits online then I should give you a medal. The first 50 results are from internet marketers trying to cash in at the launch of the year in any way they possibly can. Whether that’s a $50,000 bonus (self rated of course) or giving cash back, the games these guys get up to are down and dirty.
It would be very easy for me to join the game and screw a few of my readers with a phony review, but if you’ve read any of the other 170 posts on this blog you’ll know I only recommend products I use myself.
Fred Lam is a serial product launcher, he has a HUGE mailing list and offers some of the craziest affiliate cash prizes you’ve ever seen to get the worlds largest marketers to promote his products and most of them would never actually buy his products if it were their own cash.
This year, Fred Lam is giving away a Mini Cooper Sport ($20,000 value) to the best affiliate.
That’s accompanied by gold watches and prizes that will ultimately end up on eBay within minutes of them arriving. But these incentives attract the big dogs so smaller affiliates simply cannot compete.
Fred Lam’s launches are huge because he offers a two week pre builder and that’s to collect as many email addresses as possible. Then the affiliate’s tracking cookie is hard coded so any sales that do come through are tagged back to you.
The problem with Print Profits and most of his other launches is that he uses Clickbank which means buyers can get instant refunds. Given the price point of $1000 and the fact most people will give up after a few weeks the refund rate will be exceptionally high.
Regardless affiliates will happily push this to anyone and everyone they can.
Print Profits Alternative
Okay so if you’re here you probably know what you can expect from Print Profits. Well Print on Demand is simply a form of drop shipping and it doesn’t take a genius to work out if you can drop ship, you can sell t shirts too.
You don’t really need to learn anything about print on demand. You need to learn marketing, i.e. running effective Facebook ads to a highly powerful Shopify store with a high converting theme. If you can get good traffic and high click through rates at a low price you’re going to do well.
My advice, stay away from selling trademarked or branded products. I’ve seen many guru’s promoting their fake trademarked designs in their Youtube videos to promote Print Profits and it’s clear these guru’s have no idea what they are doing.
Someone else spent hundreds of thousands protecting their brand. Knocking off Rick & Morty t-shirts sounds like a fast way to make your $997 back but will eventually catch up with you when Stripe and Paypal ban you.
The principal is that if you can drop ship then you can print on demand.
So how can you learn more?
eCom Elites (Editors Choice / Best Course)
Definitely my favorite course for 2018 and the one I recommend to all my readers. There is so much content (over 150 videos) and it’s so affordable and updated every week with live webinars. Backed by a 30 day money back guarantee, a powerful Facebook group (1300+ members) and instant account setup using a self hosted platform it’s the course you need to be in to start your drop shipping adventure.
Product Winner Blueprint (Tristan Broughton)
I really enjoyed this entry level priced course by Tristan, he’s got a thick Aussie accent that make it a real joy to listen too. The content is straight to the point, no fluffing around and no over hyped Youtube videos to promote his course. If you’re looking for high quality videos, regularly updated content and a sophisticated Facebook group, you should give Product Winner Blueprint a go.
Tristan offers over 60 videos on drop shipping and will show you how to setup Facebook Ads, retargeting and how to sell more and increase your AOV while lowering your ad spend.
