This is a module in the eCom Elites course called Module 6, Chatbot Profits. This module provides an introduction into the exclusive world of chat bots and how they can explode your sales revenue without paying for retargeting ads or Influencers.

In this video we'll be using a platform recommended by Franklin to create our basic chatbot. To keep the content valuable for other members I've chosen to keep the name of the software hidden.
This chatbots focus is on abandoned carts. It's setup within minutes.
Franklin shows you how it all works with a real life example. You don't need to mess with any code either!

Video 3: Install Chatbot
Learn how to install a premium chatbot that can be completely customized and offer flows, default replies and much much more. Over the next few videos you'll see what this chatbot really can do for your store.

Video 4: Setting Up Default Reply
Go through the standard default reply when someone interacts with your chatbot. Franklin explains the entire process from start to finish and you can quickly see how powerful this content really is.

Video 5: Advanced Chat Flows
The longest video in the module, will show you how to create amazing advanced chat flows that will interact with customers and based on their responses will do different things.
Maybe you want to ask them what they are interested in? If they answer A then do one thing, if they answer B then do another. Franklin goes through and creates a very technical advanced chat flow in this video.

Video 6: Chatbot Sequence Flow
Following on from the previous video is sequences, similar to the email marketing module.
You'll learn how to create sequence messages for your Shopify store.

Video 7: Chatbot Popup Box
Similar to the email popup boxes showcased in module 5, you can create popups that appear on your site offering a discount code. In return they have to click, 'Send This To Me' which will send the discount code directly to their Facebook messenger.
Once you've got them enrolled you can market and message them as many times as you'd like through the SaaS dashboard. A very cool feature and perfect way to build a huge list of potential buyers.

Video 8: Setup Chatbot Comments
Want to automatically send messages to people who comment on your Facebook page posts? Well now you can with this chatbot comments feature. When someone comments a specific word such as 'want' you can automatically send them more information.
An amazing feature that you should be using in your business, Franklin shows you how to setup and use.

Video 9: Running Chatbot Ads
You can run ads that interact with people's messenger feed. So when they click on your ads you can send them more information to their messenger feed.
This is a great option for retargeting ads, i.e. I saw you looking at product X but didn't complete checkout, here's a 20% discount. This then allows you to build a database where you can send them future offers without spending a dime on marketing.

The last video shows you how to use menu's to your advantage, to create a fully automated chatbot that users can navigate around without ever having to speak with a real person.

My Final Verdict
I enjoyed the content offered in the sixth module of eCom Elites. It's obvious to me that Franklin knows his stuff and I'd never even heard of chatbots until I purchased the course. It's crazy to think how much money I have saved on retargeting ads by setting up my own chatbot script which interacts with consumers automatically.
While the module only has 10 videos, it does cover everything you'd expect to see from an introduction into the world of bots, through to creating a sequence and implementing this on your very own Shopify store.
Franklin will show you how to:
- Get setup with your own free chatbot account
- Install the tracking code on your website so it actually works
- Setting up a default reply, as well as more complex chat flows if you wish
- Creating a sequence flow for responding to user inputs
- Creating a pop up box and chat bot comments if you wish
- Running chatbot ads and creating a menu for further interactions.
