Affiliate Beast Review: Is Deshayla Flowers Course Legit?

Plus I'll show you what's inside and ultimately what I think, whether it's legit or a scam, and whether I'd recommend buying it or not. 

The course is hosted on Teachable and has been around since late 2019, but only really promoted in the last few months.

The Affiliate Beast is an online course created by Deshayla Flowers, that aims at helping people gain thousands of dollars in commissions. This is done through Clickbank, an affiliate marketplace that is one of the largest in North America.

This program is targeted at both beginners and experienced entrepreneurs alike. It requires absolutely no funds in order to start, and uses Youtube in order to promote products. It provides information on constructing landing pages and directing traffic.

Students enrolled in this course get access to lifetime content that is regularly updated according to techniques that are applicable to certain times and days.

With determination and hard work, students can earn thousands of dollars in just one day. Deshayla affirms that this is not a ‘get rich quick’ scheme and that results can differ depending on many variables such as dedication and experience.

With the Affiliate Beast, individuals can gain an extra source of income remotely, and from the comfort of your own home.

Deshayla Flowers is the CEO of Golden Child Marketing which offers services concerning product marketing, digital marketing and social media marketing. She has more than 5 years of expertise with marketing using online platforms such as Youtube and Facebook.

She has worked with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, where she increased leads with traffic, whether that be paid or unpaid. As of 2020, she has more than 60,000 followers on social media platforms like Youtube, Instagram and TikTok.

Deshayla prides herself on helping everyday people generate huge commissions without spending any money. Having found success in this marketing industry, she wants to share her knowledge and expertise with likeminded individuals who want an additional stream of income on top of their usual 9 to 5.

What’s in the Affiliate Beast Course?

This course consists of 4 different modules, in addition to extra resources and templates.

The first module is titled: Getting Started. Here, students are taught about affiliate marketing and places to locate appropriate items to promote. Deshayla teaches individuals on email autoresponders and provides an introduction on landing pages.

The second module is titled: Getting Set Up with Clickfunnels and Getresponse. Like the title suggests, this section covers clickfunnels and implementing landing pages. Deshayla provides step-by-step instructions on linking getresponse with Clickfunnels and using email follow ups.

Module 3 is Setting Up Your Youtube Channel. Deshayla teaches students on making a standout logo and maximising the potential of a regular Youtube channel. Most importantly, she also provides information on getting the channel verified.

Module 4 is named Make Affiliate Sales with Youtube Traffic. For those who want to enjoy the benefits of Youtube without comprising on privacy, Deshayla has videos on doing so. She teaches students how to find a niche and build a trustworthy community.

She goes through locating content ideas and building product reviews. She also has lessons on how to differentiate between launch jacking and product reviews. One of the most critical sections is getting the green light to promote items, which Deshayla covers in detail.

An extra resource provided is called Paid Traffic Sources. In this area, there are videos covering solo ad traffic and using Facebook for marketing purposes. She goes though the different varieties of ads on Facebook, in addition to reaching target audiences. Finally, she teaches students on the basics of implementing that first Facebook ad.

Another extra tool is the Pinterest Free Traffic Training which has an introduction, and goes through areas such as anatomy and congruency. One of the most valuable bonuses is the completed landing pages which people have used and succeeded with.

Deshayla conducts monthly question and answer chats which are done live. Participants are treated to this, and get access to her Youtube Authority eBook.

Red Flag: Uses Franklin Hatchett’s Sales Funnel

One disappointing thing to point out is that she is using Franklin Hatchett's free sales funnel which is designed for students of his own course as a give away. She gives you this for free in the course, when it would probably be better if she created her own, rather than giving away someone else's hard work. 

Red Flag 2: Misleading Proof of Income

If the course claims you can potentially make $1000's per day, and then the proof provided by Deshayla is actually showing that she's making about $21 a day, or $100 a month, would you be happy? 

I checked out the video on the sales page titled, 'MORE Proof that I am earning commissions with Clickbank' and 60 seconds in you can clearly see she made about $739 in 4 months, not quite $1000's of dollars per day. 

Further on the sales page she showcases her Clickfunnels lifetime earnings of $5,020. But is this from just getting her students who bought this course to signup for Clickfunnels? Not sure. 

How much does Affiliate Beast cost?

The Affiliate Beast is available for $497 for solely the modules and extra resources. There is currently a discount code for $300 off this option. The code is BFCM20.

There is a package that includes a 30-day period involving direct coaching sessions, which is priced at $1,297. No discount codes are available for this option.

Are there any testimonials for the course?

Deshayla claims that: “This course is full of information that can help you start making money with affiliate marketing.”

Final Verdict

I'm a strong supporter of affiliate marketing courses, but at $1,297 it's pretty expensive given you're only getting 4 modules, and a couple of bonuses.

However you do get 30 days of direct coaching, but this brings me to the next point. If she is making so much from affiliate marketing, how can she dedicate her time to teach you for such a small amount of money? 30 days at $1,297 is about $43 per day. It does turn out to be group coaching, but unsure if this is just pre-recorded or actually live? 

It's basically a course on using a sales funnel with a Clickbank offer and follow up emails via an autoresponder. It's quite basic, but it does cover the basics of affiliate marketing. 

I wouldn't pay $1297 for the course though.
